Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal information pxldu collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: 12 July 2026

1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PIXEL ONLINE (ABN 34 297 542 192) (we, us, our) handles personal information collected through the pxldu website and services (the Service). We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. Information we collect

We collect the following types of personal information:

  • Account information — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you register.
  • Project content — the business name, industry, style preferences, prompts, and other inputs you provide to generate logos, along with the logos generated for you.
  • Transaction information — records of your purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe; we receive confirmation and limited details (such as the last four digits and card brand) but we do not collect or store your full card number.
  • Communications — the content of any messages you send us, for example support enquiries.
  • Technical and usage information — your IP address, browser and device information, and how you interact with the Service, collected automatically including through cookies.

3. How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you when you create an account, use the tools, contact us, or make a purchase, and automatically as you interact with the Service. Where it is lawful and practicable, you may deal with us anonymously or using a pseudonym — for example when generating concepts before creating an account — though we may be unable to provide certain features (such as saving projects or delivering downloads) without some information.

4. Why we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, and improve the Service and generate your logos;
  • create and manage your account and authenticate you;
  • process payments and deliver your purchased files;
  • respond to your enquiries and provide support;
  • maintain the security and integrity of the Service and detect and prevent fraud or misuse;
  • comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions; and
  • where permitted, send you service-related or marketing communications (see section 8).

5. Who we disclose it to

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it only as needed to run the Service, including to:

  • Stripe — for secure payment processing;
  • AI model providers — which process your prompts and inputs to generate logo concepts;
  • cloud hosting, storage, and email delivery providers — which host our infrastructure and deliver transactional emails; and
  • professional advisers, or authorities — where required or authorised by law, or to protect our rights.

6. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers (including payment, AI, hosting, and email providers) may store or process personal information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries. Where we disclose information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the APPs.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure the Service, and understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect how the Service works — for example, you may not be able to stay logged in.

8. Direct marketing

We may send you marketing communications about the Service where you would reasonably expect it or where you have consented. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at [email protected].

9. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure, including using encryption in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet our legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations, and then take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.

10. Accessing and correcting your information

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete, by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time. If we refuse a request, we will tell you why in writing. You may also delete your account from your dashboard, which removes your associated data subject to our retention obligations.

11. Complaints

If you believe we have breached the APPs or mishandled your personal information, please contact us at [email protected] so we can investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with its effective date, and material changes will take effect when posted.
